MY YOGA JOURNEY

I've been practicing yoga for 10 years now, and like many people, I initially got into it for the physical benefits. However, over time, I discovered that yoga is about so much more than just getting into different shapes.

In fact, I've completed over 600 hours of yoga teacher training, which has given me a deep appreciation for the spiritual and mental aspects of the practice. My training has included a foundation in traditional tantric hatha yoga as well as yin yoga, both of which emphasize stability and cultivating deep states of awareness.

YOGA TEACHINGS

I've found that many of the teachings from my yoga lineage are incredibly useful in my coaching work. By using techniques like breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, I've been able to help my clients cultivate greater self-awareness, focus, and resilience in the face of life's challenges.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork is a powerful and effective tool for improving our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As a practitioner of breathwork for over 6 years, I have seen firsthand the profound impact it can have on people's lives. One of the most transformative aspects of breathwork is its ability to help us access deeper levels of consciousness and awareness. Through the use of various breathing techniques, such as pranayama, we can ground ourselves in the present moment, calm our nervous system, and go deep into the body and mind. This can lead to a sense of inner peace, increased clarity and focus, and even physical healing.

In addition to one-on-one sessions, I also offer group sessions for larger groups. These sessions are a great way to experience the power of breathwork in a supportive and communal environment. Whether you are looking to release stress and tension, explore your inner landscape, or simply connect with others, group breathwork sessions can be an incredibly rewarding experience.
